During my stay, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. The first room I was given was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing, but the bed was comfortable. The staff, although friendly, struggled with communication, especially during an event, which created a lot of stress. The location is convenient for those with a car, close to attractions, but the noise from the surrounding highway was a distraction.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Edith, who made sure I had a comfortable experience after a rough first night. The location right near the freeway made it quite noisy at times, but the room was spacious and warm. The food was good, but I did feel the traffic situation was a downside. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel for its service and food offerings despite the noise issue.
